Mechane

mechane/MEK-uh-nee/

noun · from Ancient Greek μηχανή (mēkhanḗ)

  1. A device or contrivance: the means by which a thing gets done.
  2. In the theatre of ancient Greece, the crane that lowered the actor playing a god onto the stage. The machine in deus ex machina.

Mechane Olympus

Mechane Olympus is a hub and the spokes it carries, each named for a god of Olympus: Mechane Athena runs the IT desk, Mechane Hephaestus the software factory, Mechane Zeus the approvals. The old mechane was a machine with a stagehand at its rope. It brought the gods on, and a person decided when. Mechane Olympus works the same way: AI does the lifting, and nothing it does lands without someone able to stop it.

The governed-AI operations suite, with a human brake on every AI step.

One flat price, no per-seat anything.

An IT desk, an AI software factory, approvals, a CRM, chat, tasks and an assistant that explains all of it — one hub, spokes you turn on, one price per company. Built so a small team runs like a much larger one, and so nothing an agent does lands without a human able to stop it.

Three things we decided before writing a line of copy

  • No per-seat pricing, anywhere

Flat per-company pricing at every tier. No seat true-ups, ever.

  • Governance in every tier

Approval gates, audit trails, and decision records are table stakes — not an enterprise upsell.

  • AI you approve, step by step

Bring your own Anthropic key or run human-mode. Every agent action can be gated by a human before it lands.

What is inside

The whole picture →
  • Mechane Athena — IT service desk

Tickets from email, Teams and a self-service portal. AI triage that suggests rather than decides, a knowledge base that learns from what agents actually resolved, and admin actions that wait for an approval.

  • Mechane Hephaestus — AI software factory

Delivery pipelines with gates, decision records and kill paths. You build alongside the AI; nothing ships without a named human signing the step.

  • Mechane Iris — Agent orchestration

Agents that pause at guardrails and ask. Sensitive or irreversible actions escalate to a human approval before they run.

  • Mechane Zeus — Approvals

One approval engine for everything: change requests, admin actions, pay changes, time off, agent escalations. Group-routed, SLA-timed, recorded.

  • Mechane Hestia — CRM

Accounts, contacts and pipeline on the same customer record the service desk and team chat already share.

  • Mechane Dialogos — Team chat

Channels, mentions and Teams ingest, with an account channel that shows the support load next to the conversation.

  • Mechane Prometheus — Tasks and projects

The checklist the whole platform runs on — onboarding, change implementation, your own projects — as ordinary tasks in one place.

  • Mechane Episteme — The assistant

Answers how the platform works, with citations into the documentation and the code. Free in every tier.

  • Mechane Echo — Feedback

Capture and triage feedback, promote it into a ticket or a task, and watch it come back resolved.

Priced to the approval you can clear

Every tier fits the budget one person can say yes to. No seats, no governance tax, the AI line item at zero if you want it there. The whole philosophy, in the open.

How we run it

One deployment per customer, your own directory signing in, approvals with a record, backups we have actually restored from. And a plain list of what we do not claim yet.
